Dashboard
The Dashboard shows you a photo and summary of the four last signed in members and it gives you one-click access to the most important functions and reports of Mango, like signing in members by scanning their membership card, adding new members and starting new sales.
Manage Members
The Member List gives you an overview of all the members of your club. It's easy to search for a specific member.
Double clicking a member in the list pops up the members details. Here you can change the members general info, add subscriptions, membership cards, payments, add a photo via the integrated picture taker, add notes and view the members sign in history.
Access Control
You can sign in members by scanning the barcode on their membership card. Mango automaticly checks the number of times the member can sign in per week. It also checks for expiring subscriptions, negative balance, empty turn cards, required subscriptions, ...
When there's something wrong or when there is something you need to know, you'll get a notification.
Online Subscriptions
Mango can be integrated in your website. This enables furture members to register online via your website and print their Registration Pass instead of going to the front desk and fill in a paper subscription form. This avoids long queues at the front desk and saves you from manually entering the members details: simply scan the barcode on the mebers registration pass.
Of course, the Registration Pass can be completely customized with your logo.
Point Of Sale
With the integrated Point Of Sale you can sell various products like drinks and snacks without the need of a separate cash register. Mango keeps a cash journal and even tracks your stock.
Reports
Mango has various reports that can be exported as an Excel file, a CSV file, a PDF file or a HTML file. If you need a report that is currently not available, just ask us to add it for you!
